Resuflor High Performance Epoxy
High Performance Epoxy is extremely hard wearing, and chemical, impact and abrasion resistant.
Impact and abrasion resistant, Durable, Easy to clean Chemical resistant.
Two-component recoatable epoxy and binder resin.
Used directly over primed substrates, or as a gloss seal coat over decorative slurry and mortar systems.

Epoxy Paint Flake Process

Cleaning / Repairing
Prep floor by sanding and repairing crakes/damages to concrete.
Hand scrub surface and dry for first coat of primer (Vortex Super Sealer).

Colored Paint Flakes
Once primer is applied, the base coat with 100% flake application of colored paint flakes is scattered over the surface.
Once the primer with the color paint flake basecoat dries usually take 24 hours, the remaining paint flakes are scraped away.

Final Epoxy Coating / Dry times
Lastly two final coats of Resuflor High Performance Epoxy will be applied.
This will take up to 24-36 hours of drying time.
